Carbonit EM Puro water filter cartridge

• Combines the advantages of the confirmed IFP Puro filter cartridge with an additional vitalizing component:
  • The Contaminant retention rate is nearly equivalent to the IFP Puro cartridge: average adsorptive retention rate for heavy metals (e.g. lead and copper), pesticides, medical residues and chlorine. It furthermore provides the highest protection against bacteria. (See characteristics)
  • Given the high maximum flow rate, it can filter the entire cold water flow at the discharge point and water whirlers can be used without limitation.
  • "EM-ceramic powder sintering": Manufacturing of the EM-ceramic is based on a specially fired clay. It contains organic material from ancient plants, that provides food for the effective microorganisms^® during a fermentation process that lasts several months. EM-ceramic provides among others a reduction of the surface tension of the water and reduces the cluster structure size.
• Vitally important minerals, like magnesium and calcium, are not removed from the water.
• The filter cartridge consists of an activated carbon mono-bloc (Monoblock^®) material based on coconut shell with an integrated capillary membrane.
• Filter mesh: 8 µm (activated carbon) & 0.15 µm (membrane); flow rate: 7 l/min (at 4 bar).
• Filter capacity: ca. 5,000 litres of water.

Operation notes

• For hygienic reasons, we recommend replacement of the cartridges every 6 months (according to DIN 1988).
• Do not miss any cartridge replacement, apply for our non-binding and free of charge filter subscription service.
• Only to be used with cold water and must be protected against freezing.
